Structural Integrative Bodywork

SI Bodywork is designed to unwind the strain patterns in your body's locomotor system, bringing it back into it's natural state of balance, alignment, length and ease.

These strain patterns are born out of our body's response to inefficient movement habits, invasions of injury, surgery and traumatic events over the course fo our Life's Journey.  The sum total of these events are revealed as your "posture", and are displayed as habits in the connective tissue "fabric" know as the fascia. These habits pull us out of natural alignment with gravity and increase tension! This tension brings about more sysmptoms, pulling our fascial fabric requiring it to shift, thicken and glue itself to surrounding structures resulting in pain and addition discomfort. SI bodywork frees the fascial fabric and re-integrates natural patterns so that you can be an expression of who you really are!
